I am a Qualified and Experienced Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, (Diploma CBT - Institute of Counselling, CCC Reg.)as well as a trained Mentor. I am also a qualified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, working under the strict code of Ethics and High Standards of the Professional Board of Hypnotherapists. 

My work is based in the Coventry/West Midlands and Warwickshire area, where I hold my very busy and successful practice at the the Cottage Therapy Centre 12 New Street, Kenilworth, South Warwickshire. CV8 2EZ. and also in a venue in Bedworth, North Warwickshire.  I have full Professional Indemnity Insurance, and always endeavour to maintain client confidentiality

 

I offer a FREE CONSULTATION and FREE MENTORING in between sessions, by Phone or by Email    to provide extra support and encouragement as you progress through your pathway.   Each paying session lasts about an hour an a half, and some sessions will be recorded, so that by the end of your full programme, you will have a CD, individual to your needs, which you can take away with you and use at any time.
