We all deal with emotions in different ways, if a person is under pressure or particularly stressed, they can often be prone to distorting things they see, or misinterpreting events that have happened. The more anxious or depressed they are, the more irrational their thoughts become. This just produces a continuing downward spiral of negativity and resentment.
Once you allow yourself the opportunity to recognise, that it is perfectly natural to feel stressed or under pressure at times, you can learn how to manage those events to your advantage. It is also normal to have feelings of insecurity, or to feel unsure, overwhelmed, weary or weak. It is a true strength and not a weakness, to accept and allow yourself help if you need it.
